Tanya is a highly trained and professional hair stylist and makeup artist working from a private home studio in Shoreline, WA. Shortly after graduating from the cosmetology program at Northwest Hair Academy-Paul Mitchell, Tanya completed a year of advanced training at a high end salon in downtown Seattle where she worked along side some of Seattle's best hair talent.  Tanya later made the decision to venture off and work independently to start Tanya Hair and Makeup.

Since going independent Tanya has continued to attend classes and workshops on advanced coloring and cutting techniques and has expanded her product knowledge ensuring that her clients are always getting access to the latest trends. She has also received training at numerous specialty classes in formal hair styling and up-do's as well as makeup courses on looks for every occasion. She prides herself on having a fun yet professional attitude and the ability to work with a diverse and inclusive clientele custom tailoring a look to best suit her clients’ individual needs.  

Outside of the salon, Tanya has provided hair and/or makeup services for countless weddings as well as numerous commercial print/video productions.
